Cancellation/ Refund Policy:

There is no cancellation option for the end users after a payment is made.

In case of duplicate payment made, parent/student shall kindly approach accounts department for refund with proof of the duplicate payment transaction reference/your bank statement. After due verification, the refund of duplicate payment made will be processed. Respective duplicate payment so verified will be send back by payment gateway to the issuing bank for processing.
