1. Any property damage caused by students will be recovered at cost from the students. | |2. Academy reserves its rights on a need basis to replace its faculty at its sole discretion at anytime. | | 3. Academy can change course timing & duration at its sole discretion | | 4. Academy ensures the right to use the candidate name/photo & picture in their promotional material and marketing in case the candidate is selected in the UPSC (Prelims/Mains/Interview) examination | | 5. Use of mobile phones & any other recording devices during the class hours is strictly prohibited | | 6. Fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances| | 7. Library materials issued to students should be returned to the library in time in good condition| | 8. All materials issued by KMA are its properties that shall not be distributed in any forms | | 9. Delay/damage/loss of any materials borrowed from KMA shall attract fines | | 10. The Academy shall not take responsibility for the safety of students vehicle, mobile phones & other valuables in case of any theft or damage to it| | 11. Students shall attend to only those batch sessions allocated to them & under no circumstances will be allowed to be accommodated in any other batches | | 12. The academy reserves the right to change the location of the Institute within Chennai at the sole discretion
