All ticket sales are final and non-refundable as per Section 2(47) of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
Full payment is required at the time of booking.
Tickets cannot be exchanged, transferred, or resold without prior authorization, in compliance with state-specific anti-scalping laws.
Unauthorized resale or transfer of tickets may result in cancellation without refund, following relevant state laws on ticket resale.
We reserve the right to modify or cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances, with refunds or rescheduling handled per Section 39 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
In case of event cancellation, refunds or rescheduling will be at the organizer’s discretion.
A valid ticket must be presented for entry.
We reserve the right to refuse admission as per event policies.
Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings; the organizer is not liable for any loss or damage, as per Section 73 of the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
